Terms & Conditions
1. All goods sold are non-refundable and exchangeable.
2. A confirmation email will be sent to buyer within 24 hours upon successful order.
3. Buyers accept that they cannot back out of the deal and change their order after the confirmation of the order.
4. All prices are in Singapore dollars and they do not include postal charges.
5. Full payment must be made via POSB transfer/paypal before the goods will be delivered.
6. Payment is to be within 42 hours after confirmation.
7. Buyers will email SJYA once payment is made.
8. Negotiation of prices will not be entertained.
9. All items will be sent through SingPost.
10. SJYA will not be responsible for loss of items through normal postage.
11. Buyers will receive a delivery email once SJYA has posted the items to them.
12. Buyers accept that the measurement and size chart provided are for reference only.
13. Buyers accept that there will be a slight colour discrepancy due to the lighting in the images.
14. All information that the buyer has provided SJYA will be kept confidential.
15. The graphic and textual content of this site are the property of SJYA or its content suppliers. Modification to the contents of this site is strictly prohibited.
